Return and Additional Expenses Policy

  1. Delivery of Materials
  • Standard Delivery: Finished materials will be provided within 14-21 business days after the completion of the shoot.
  • Express Processing: An express processing service is available upon request for an additional fee.
  1. Customization and Project Adaptation
  • Tailored Services: Each project is customized to meet the individual requirements of our clients.
  • Specific Arrangements: Shooting conditions, including travel to specific locations and the use of additional equipment (such as drones), are discussed and agreed upon separately.
  1. Additional Expenses
  • Travel and Equipment Costs: Any additional costs incurred during the project, including travel expenses or specialized equipment fees, will be itemized and added to the final invoice.
  • Parking Fees: If paid parking is required at the shooting location, the cost of parking will be the responsibility of the client and included in the final bill.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellation by Client:
    • The 30% deposit is non-refundable if the shoot does not take place due to the client’s cancellation, regardless of the timing.
  • Cancellation by Revelis:
    • In the unlikely event that Revelis must cancel the shoot, clients will receive a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit, and the option to reschedule at a discounted rate.
  1. Rescheduling
  • Clients may reschedule the shoot date once without penalty, provided that at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.
  • The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled shoot date.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required to secure the booking. If the shoot does not take place due to the client’s fault, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be received from the client on the day of the shoot, immediately after its completion.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Zelle, wire transfer, and direct deposit.
  1. Rights and Usage
  • Copyright: Revelis retains the copyright of all images and footage until full payment is received.
  • Usage License: Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the images and footage for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes.
  1. Liability
  • Revelis is not liable for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or equipment failure.
  • In the event that we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon materials, our liability is limited to a refund of any payments received.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Permissions and Permits: Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permissions or permits required at the shooting location.
  • Site Access: Clients must ensure that the location is safe and accessible for our team and equipment.
  1. Agreement Acceptance
  • By booking our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
